Logging in to your 7luck account is a straightforward process, but there are a few things worth knowing to ensure your login experience is always smooth and secure. Many Malaysian players encounter minor issues such as forgetting their password or not receiving an OTP — most of these problems can be resolved within just a few minutes.

The Right Way to Log In

To log in to your 7luck account, simply enter the phone number or email address you registered with, followed by your password. Make sure you enter the exact same details used during registration — including uppercase and lowercase letters in your password where applicable. The 7luck system is case-sensitive for added security.

If you are using a trusted personal device, you can enable the "Remember me" option so you don't need to enter your details every time. However, we do not recommend this option if you are using a public computer or a device shared with others.

Login via Mobile App

Besides the website, you can also log in using the 7luck mobile app, which can be downloaded from the Download us. The Android app uses an APK that can be installed directly — the process is simple and can be done in under two minutes.

Logging in via the app is faster because the system remembers your session more reliably. You can also use biometric authentication such as fingerprint or facial recognition if your device supports it — an extra layer of security that's genuinely useful.

Forgot Your Password — What Should You Do?

This is one of the most common issues players face. Don't worry — the password reset process at 7luck is designed to be self-service without needing to contact customer support. Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page, enter your registered phone number or email, and you will receive an OTP for verification.

Once you've entered the correct OTP, you'll be prompted to create a new password. Choose a strong one — a combination of letters, numbers and symbols, at least 8 characters long. Avoid using your date of birth, your own name or simple sequences like "123456", as these make unauthorised access attempts much easier.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — Why It Matters

2FA adds an extra layer of protection to your account. With 2FA enabled, even if someone knows your password, they still cannot log in without the OTP sent to your phone number. We recommend all 7luck members enable this feature from the account security settings.

Activating 2FA is straightforward — you simply verify your phone number once, and the system will send an OTP code every time a login is detected from a new device or unrecognised location. This gives you peace of mind that your account is always protected, no matter where you play.

Best Practices for Account Security

Beyond the security technology we provide, there are several simple steps you can take to better protect your account. First, never share your password with anyone — including anyone claiming to be 7luck staff. Our support team will never ask for your password through any channel.

Second, always log out of your account when you finish playing, especially if you are using a device that is not entirely yours. Third, regularly check your login history from your account settings to detect any suspicious activity. If you see logins from an unrecognized location or device, change your password immediately and contact 7luck support.
